  25. Welcome to Master Meal Manager!
  26.  
  27. Master Meal Manager is a master at managing the most common kitchen 
  28. chores: maintaing the recipe file, deciding what to fix for the coming
  29. weeks, and generating the shopping list for the trip to the stores.
  30.    
  31. Master Meal Manager integrates into one program all three functions. Each
  32. function has been designed to not only be easy to use, but work together
  33. to automate the kitchen meal planning and shopping activies.

  51. Master Meal Manager CANNOT be run directly from the distribution disk. 
  52. You must  use the installation program to properly place the files on 
  53. your disk for operation.

  57. Step 1 - Run the INSTALL program
  58.  
  59. For details on running the install program, see the INSTALL.DOC 
  60. file on the distribution disk.

  62. NOTE:
  63. See the file PACKING.LST for a complete inventory of all the files 
  64. that you should have. If you do not have PACKING.LST or all of the 
  65. files in it, then you have a BROKEN COPY.

  68. Step 2 - Start Master Meal Manager
  69.  
  70. To start the Master Meal Manager program, type
  71.  
  72.    MMM <CR>

  75. Step 3 - Read the Documentation!
  76.  
  77. You may either use your favorite file viewer, or print the documents to 
  78. your printer. Start with the Master Chef Reference (the file called 
  79. USRGUIDE.DOC). To print the file, just type 
  80.  
  81.    PRINT USRGUIDE.DOC <CR>
  82.  
  83. from within the directory that the file is in. If you don't like the 
  84. print command, then just copy the file to the printer with:
  85.  
  86.    COPY USRGUIDE.DOC PRN <CR>

  88. If you accepted the default installation directories during installation,
  89. the documentation will be be in the \MMM17 subdirectory, 
  90. otherwise, it will be in whatever directory you specified for the 
  91. documentation.
